NOTICE is hereby given that the City Clerk of the City of Petal, MISSISSIPPI, will receive sealed bids until 10:00 AM on April 20, 2023 in the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall, 119 W. 8th Avenue, and then at said location opened and read aloud for furnishing the City's requirements for the following:

CULVERT REPLACEMENT ON SHERRY LYNN DRIVE
PETAL, MISSISSIPPI

All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the amount of the bid, in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check or a bid bond written by a company properly licensed in Mississippi.

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The lowest and best proposal received will be accepted, subject to the provisions of Section 31-7-13 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated and Amended, and other applicable State law; but the Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and to waive informalities.
